Since 1933, the Book Manufacturers’ Institute (BMI) has been providing tremendous value to its member companies and others associated with the book manufacturing industry. BMI member companies range from full-service book manufacturers to those specializing in the digital print market, specialty binderies, component printers, packagers, equipment manufacturers, and various suppliers of materials and services.

The Book Industry Study Group (BISG) works to create a more informed, empowered, and efficient book industry. Our broad member base includes trade, education, professional, and scholarly publishers, as well as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, service providers, and libraries.

We are an international association of non-profit, Protestant denominational publishers and other non-profit Christian publishers who serve one or more Protestant denominations through the content we create, publish or distribute.
